In the United States, there are one time registration fees of $4 or $44 depending on the volume of messages you intend to send and related package. A2P 10DLC campaigns - a compliance requirement for all US B2C messaging are $15 to create.
Phone numbers start at $2.50 per month, A2P Campaigns cost $10/month to maintain and texting and WhatsApp licenses (sold separately) are $5/month per user. Message fees are charged by the message and average less than 1 cent per message.
WhatsApp is $5/month/user. Messaging fees are handled by Meta and not marked up by Text Anything.
A2P 10DLC campaigns are required as of September 2023 for all B2C messaging in the US. Without a campaign your messages will be blocked by the carriers. Text Anything makes it easy however to create, manage and assign your campaigns, i.e., "customer care" in our app. Note these campaigns are reviewed manually by The Campaign Registry and can take 1-3 business days for approval.
Text Anything support regulatory bundles for Europe and Mexico. You can create, submit and verify your approval all in the app. We've made compliance as easy possible to get you texting as quickly as possible.
Meta compliance is managed by Meta directly. As of April 2025 marketing templates are blocked for use in the U.S., but work everywhere else.
