How much does it cost?

Plans start as low as $15/month/user for texting and $5/month/user for WhatsApp.

Different countries have different compliance, phone number rental and messaging fees.  Those are factored into the subscription cost of each plan and are why one country has a higher or lower cost than another.  Yearly plans are the best value. 

The product is designed to handle up to 1 million contacts per customer account.  Messages are charged by the message with lower per-message-costs the higher the plan.  While there is no limit on how many messages you may send, there is a send-per-minute for SMS that may vary per country.  We recommend for high volume customers purchasing multiple numbers for SMS load balancing on high volume broadcasts and drip campaigns. 

Yes we offer monthly and yearly plans and we offer a two week free trial for WhatsApp.  Messaging is always pay-as-you-go.  You are only charged for the messages you send.  Higher volume plans offer discounted message rates for high-volume customers. 

There is a two week free trial for WhatsApp plans.  Due to compliance costs and phone rental fees for SMS, we are unable to offer free trials for SMS plans.  

Yes.  For texting you can send images, pdf’s and a handful of other file types up to 5MB in size.  WhatsApp supports multiple template types including images, videos, maps, etc. 

You create a QR Campaign via our wizard which includes the QR Code and a customizable landing page.  You can use the QR Code in print, web or video.  When a customer scans the QR code they are brought to your customized landing page where they enter their information.  Viola.  The lead is captured under the campaign.  Upon form submission, the customer is taken to a thank you page or a url of your choosing. 

Standard opt-out words are: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPTOUT, and CANCEL. When a customer sends one of these keywords to a long code number, Text Anything automatically opts them out of further messages and adds them to a blacklist, preventing further messages from being sent to that number. 

WhatsApp unsubscribe is handled per your Meta configuration and Meta’s express guidelines.
